Business Development Intern

Requirements

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate of BA/BS degree program in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
• Adept at handling objections and overcoming challenges in a professional manner
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate product offerings and value propositions effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct extensive outbound prospecting calls to identify potential clients
• Qualify leads and set appointments for sales executives through effective communication and active listening
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in our CRM system
• Continuously improve your knowledge of our products/services, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role preferred
• Experience in private equity, financial services, or related professional services preferred
