Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and operational delivery, with a successful track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience selling digital transformation solutions to the Critical Infrastructure Industry like Highways, Utilities etc
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of an organisation
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- There will be a requirement to travel to customer sites across the UK
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and develop new business opportunities in the Highway, Utilities and Critical Infrastructure
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including conducting face-to-face meetings and demonstrations
- Develop territory sales strategies and proposals to meet the needs of customers and exceed revenue targets
- Manage the sales process, including negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer needs and industry requirements
- Drive customer value by understanding the business outcomes that customers are looking to achieve through the use of 1Streetworks technology and services
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of CAD/Cone software is desirable
