Summary

The Business Development Manager for Pay Per Call at Madrivo will identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships to drive growth and revenue. This role requires deep experience in selling pay per call traffic, a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of business development or sales experience, strong understanding of certain verticals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

  • Must have deep and intensive experience selling pay per call traffic
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, in Pay Per Call
  • Proven track record of identifying and developing successful partnerships that drive consistent and scalable revenue
  • Proven track record of selecting reputable buyers who are financially sound and pay bills on time
  • Strong understanding of the insurance, financial, and home services verticals
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing spending to achieve business goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new Pay Per Call business partnerships that drive growth and revenue for Madrivo
  • Close and Onboard reputable call buyers with competitive deals and terms
  • Manage and grow Pay Per Call buyers, including maximizing payouts, monitoring and optimizing budgets, CC caps, dropped calls, RPC, and anything else that will deliver a positive and profitable publisher experience
  • Analyze industry trends and identify new verticals to grow in
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to achieve company goals
