Requirements
- 4β7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or category management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders
- Capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on attitude: you roll up your sleeves and make things happen
- Good English level is required, proficiency is preferred
Responsibilities
- Own business development efforts across one or more focus areas (e.g., gaming, digital value, prepaid cards, or global partnerships)
- Identify and close key supplier and partner deals to expand Enebaβs product offering and geographical reach
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new categories or regions, including pricing, compliance, and market-entry plans
- Work closely with leadership to develop business cases, project plans, and execution roadmaps
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including C-level decision-makers
- Conduct competitive research and market deep-dives to surface new growth opportunities
- Collaborate with product, finance, legal, and data teams to bring initiatives to life
- Lead and mentor a small cross-functional team of associates and analysts
- Help shape the operational foundation of Enebaβs future commerce organization
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in e-commerce, gaming, gift cards, or digital goods is a big plus
