Requirements

  • Proven success in closing B2B sales both up-selling and cross-selling
  • Ability to establish rapport and trust with customers quickly and efficiently over the phone (and in some cases, face-to-face)
  • Target driven mentality with the ability to stay motivated and resilient even under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, autonomous environment

Responsibilities

  • Working with current customers to identify how to use our Rent Protection product more effectively
  • Target driven, fast paced environment to grow your skills as a sales person
  • Training and developing our agent base to increase customer usage and our overall insurance book
  • Working with the wider insurance and account management teams to identify further opportunities
