Requirements

  • Be a Polish and English speaker based in Berlin or Krakow or Warsaw
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in travel-related products
  • Possess expertise in managing both external and internal stakeholders
  • Have strong operational skills with a hands-on approach
  • Be analytical, with excellent communication skills and a global mindset
  • Be a team player who thrives in diverse, multicultural environments
  • Have experience with CRM systems and a willingness to learn new tools

Responsibilities

  • Launch new initiatives
  • Onboard supply partners
  • Expand offerings
  • Manage distribution-side partnerships in the Poland region
  • Continuously develop relationships with supply partners
  • Grow key accounts to scale them to higher revenues
  • Work with internal stakeholders (Operations, Tech, Marketing, etc.) and your accounts to ensure smooth execution of partnerships and growth in sales & bookings
  • Identify market trends
  • Provide market and competitor analysis to optimize business development and sales strategies
