Requirements

• Possess a strong customer network within IC and DoD; knowledge of major programs and acquisition strategies
• Demonstrate success winning high-value federal contracts and building sales pipelines
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with federal procurement processes, including FAR/DFAR
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Have 10+ years in business development, with 5+ years of winning proposal efforts

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans and maintain a pipeline aligned with company growth goals in the IC and DoD markets
• Identify opportunities via resources like eBuy, GovTribe, and SAM
• Shape opportunities through white papers, RFIs, and customer engagements while promoting the company brand
• Support capture and proposal efforts, ensuring alignment throughout the business development lifecycle
• Conduct opportunity analysis, prepare proposals, and lead responses to government solicitations
• Collaborate with leadership to refine strategies, provide pipeline updates, and integrate project management principles

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience with IC/DoD technologies, GSA schedules, and capture process training
