Summary
Join Ideals, a top-rated B2B SaaS company, as a Business Development Manager in Paris. You will be a founding member of the French Field Sales team, focusing on new customer acquisition within the Finance, Banking, and Corporate sectors. This role involves proactively prospecting, managing a pipeline of 50+ opportunities, and closing high-value deals. You will build relationships with key stakeholders, deliver compelling presentations, and contribute to the sales and marketing strategy for the French region. Success in this role requires 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, high-velocity sales experience, and exceptional communication skills. Native-level French and C1-level English are essential.
Requirements
- 3 β 5 years of demonstrable success in direct sales or business development within B2B or professional services sector
- Experience in high-velocity sales environments and effectively engaging with decision-makers
- A track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing high-value deals
- Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches and navigate client discovery
- Native-level proficiency in French, C1 level in English
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers throughout the Paris metropolitan region
- Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- Proactively build and manage a pipeline, working with strategic French accounts and constantly developing new opportunities
- Actively contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for the French region
- Take part in arranging M&A Community events, enhancing Ideals brand visibility
- Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals
- Consistently share insights and provide updates to customers
- Provide relevant customer feedback to the product development and management teams
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and the company's revenue
