Summary

  • Excellent communication skills and being a competent negotiator
  • Building long-term partnerships and relationships with customers and cooperation partners
  • Familiarity with data-oriented working and experience with KPIs and OKRs
  • Creative mindset and passion for unconventional solutions, trying new growth approaches constantly
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respected by colleagues due to reliability and respectful attitude
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, experience with BI-Tools is beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Research potential customers, build new business partnerships, develop long-term customer relationships
  • Work with the Sales team to align lead requirements and improve conversion
  • Support growth goals for new customers through One-to-Many Marketing and Sales opportunities
  • Identify promising business opportunities
  • Convince business partners of our products and negotiate contracts with their support
  • Conduct regular market analyses and provide market and competitive information for relevant interest groups
  • Create business presentations for internal and external audiences
