Business Development Manager

Summary

The job is for a Business Development Manager Germany who will build new partnerships and develop distribution channels, influence business results, work cross-functionally with the Sales and Marketing team, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires experience in Business Development and Sales, excellent communication skills, data orientation, and fluency in German and English.

• Creative mindset and passion for unconventional solutions, trying new growth approaches constantly
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respected by colleagues due to reliability and respectful attitude
• Fluency in German and English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, experience with BI-Tools is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Research potential customers, build new business partnerships, develop long-term customer relationships
• Work with the Sales team to align lead requirements and improve conversion
• Support growth goals for new customers through One-to-Many Marketing and Sales opportunities
• Identify promising business opportunities
• Convince business partners of our products and negotiate contracts with their support
• Conduct regular market analyses and provide market and competitive information for relevant interest groups
• Create business presentations for internal and external audiences
