Summary
Join Serigor Inc., a rapidly growing technology consulting firm, as a Business Development Professional. This role will focus on spearheading growth in the US and globally by building partnerships with businesses, identifying opportunities, and developing financial strategies. You will be responsible for creating and managing sales plans, providing regular updates, and demonstrating a clear revenue plan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of international business development. While the role is primarily focused on business growth, flexibility and a willingness to wear multiple hats are essential. Remote work options are available for the right candidate.
Requirements
- Work in US Time Zone (preferably in 07:00 PM IST 04:00 AM IST)
- Strong background in the areas related to sales, marketing and business development, preferably into IT Services and / or IT Staffing and Recruitment ecosystem
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Lead by example and track daily work progress in CRM
- Hardcore sales skills including the ability to prospect, research and qualify new sales opportunities, cold calling, question effectively, make presentations, create account strategies, negotiate financials, terms and conditions and close deals individually
- A network of clients that can be converted to business
- Proven record of business development in the Internation Market
- Highly resourceful, who can work with minimal guidance and supervision
- Highly confident to generate business in International territory
- Highly energetic, self-starter, fast mover
- Ability to drive results with sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Build partnership with global businesses, specially commercial sector IT opportunities
- Identify opportunities from scratch, build business and revenue pipeline
- Develop sound financial strategies in order to win the business- understand competitive market
- Provide monthly forecasts, status updates, revisions, and modifications to the sales plan
- Demonstrate clear cut Sales and Revenue Plan for the next few months
- Wear multiple hats of account management, delivery management, and general administration
Preferred Qualifications
Work Hybrid / Onsite from office in Gurgaon
