Summary

Join our Business Development team as a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth in Clinical Research and/or Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Information (MI), and Regulatory Affairs (RA) service areas. This hands-on role focuses on pipeline building, client interaction, and proposal coordination. We seek a results-driven professional with a proven track record in acquiring new business, particularly within the specified service areas. The position involves actively attracting new clients, maintaining client relationships, contributing to revenue goals, and executing sales strategies. The role requires strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills. Location is Europe with remote work and travel required.

Requirements

  • University degree in Life Sciences, Business, or relevant field
  • 2- 4 yearsโ€™ experience in sales or account management in life sciences/CRO industry
  • Fluent in English and native language (both spoken and written)
  • Very good proficiency in MS Office tools

Responsibilities

  • Actively attract new clients and develop strong business relationships
  • Maintain relationships with assigned accounts, supporting consistent engagement and satisfaction
  • Contribute to achievement of assigned revenue goals
  • Execute and support sales strategy alongside senior BD colleagues
  • Conduct lead generation activities and identify new opportunities in Clinical Research and/or PV, MI, and RA service areas
  • Coordinate RFI responses and support RFP submissions for assigned accounts
  • Support bid defense meeting preparation and client interactions
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the company CRM
  • Support development of account plans and assist in managing existing client relationships
  • Represent the company at professional industry events and conferences
  • Work cross-functionally with proposal, operations, and marketing teams
  • Provide sales support during client onboarding and handover phases
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Ensure assigned sales goals are met and support team-level revenue growth initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce is a plus
