Requirements

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT and software sector
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fully understood and met
- Develop proposals, presentations, and strategic plans tailored to client needs
- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the companyβs presence
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
