Summary

Join Brevo, a fast-growing CRM suite company, as a Business Development Representative (BDR) to contribute to the expansion of Wallet and Loyalty Engine solutions in the French market. This role focuses on generating growth through expert outbound prospecting, targeted cold calling, and creating personalized multi-touch sequences. You will pitch innovative solutions, convert interest into quality meetings, and achieve a target of 5-6 Sales Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) per month. Brevo provides a collaborative team, intensive onboarding, and a competitive compensation structure. Success will be measured by conversion rates, SQL/SQO rates, and the number of meetings booked.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in BDR/SDR in B2B Tech universe
  • Mastery of outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Exceptional communication: Impactful pitch, negotiation, active listening

Responsibilities

  • Generate Growth in a Specialized Market
  • Expert Outbound Prospecting
  • Targeted cold calling to Marketing/CRM decision-makers
  • Creation of personalized multitouch sequences (10 days)
  • Strategic selection: 50 premium accounts/month from 150 pre-qualified
  • Qualified Meeting Generation
  • Pitch our innovative solutions (Wallet, Loyalty Engine, All-in-One) in <20 seconds
  • Convert interest into quality AE meetings
  • Objective: 5-6 SQO/month in a stimulating and merit-based environment
  • Performance & Evolution
  • Your objective: SQO generated: 5-6/month (Q1 team achievement: 90%)
  • Your success KPIs: Conversion/conversation rate SQL/SQO rate Number of meetings booked
  • Your ramp-up: Months 1-2: Intensive onboarding with the team Months 3-5: Secure ramp-up (guaranteed degressive commission)
  • Evolution prospects: AE/TL, from 12-16 months, based on results & availability!

Preferred Qualifications

  • Martech/SaaS experience
  • Mastered tools (appreciated): Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Ringover
