Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Ability to use independent judgment to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Highly personable and able to communicate well on the phone and via email
  • Detail oriented and focused on what matters to book the demo
  • Task oriented and driven by meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales systems (CRM, Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.)
  • Extremely driven to hit goals

Responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous outreach to a targeted lists of prospects from our Marketing Contacts
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities to book demos
  • Present our our value proposition in a clear, professional, concise and compelling manner to potential clients over phone and through email
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
  • Reach out to curated, targeted lists of prospects to identify sales opportunities
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to overcome barriers in booking appointments
  • Test new messaging and approaches to improve results (with Sales enablement support)
  • Continuously evaluate how to improve and grow sales development skills
  • Meet aggressive sales targets and KPIโ€™s
  • Positively represent the brand while on the frontlines of customer outreach
  • Other duties as assigned by management
