Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is required
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
- Ability to use independent judgment to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
- Highly personable and able to communicate well on the phone and via email
- Detail oriented and focused on what matters to book the demo
- Task oriented and driven by meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of sales systems (CRM, Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.)
- Extremely driven to hit goals
Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous outreach to a targeted lists of prospects from our Marketing Contacts
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities to book demos
- Present our our value proposition in a clear, professional, concise and compelling manner to potential clients over phone and through email
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives
- Reach out to curated, targeted lists of prospects to identify sales opportunities
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to overcome barriers in booking appointments
- Test new messaging and approaches to improve results (with Sales enablement support)
- Continuously evaluate how to improve and grow sales development skills
- Meet aggressive sales targets and KPIโs
- Positively represent the brand while on the frontlines of customer outreach
- Other duties as assigned by management
