Business Development Representative

Summary

Join Dagster Labs' sales team as a Business Development Representative and contribute to the growth of our Dagster+ enterprise business. This vital role involves lead generation and qualification, creating effective email campaigns, and scheduling meetings for Account Executives. You will be responsible for expanding our enterprise pipeline through various channels and maintaining accurate prospect data in Salesforce. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, equity, and benefits, with flexible remote work options for US-authorized candidates. We are a distributed team with a collaborative, remote-first culture, providing the necessary tools and support for success. The estimated OTE for this role is $70,000-$100,000.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of B2B sales - preferably at a data company
• Experience with inbound and outbound pipeline building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Grow our enterprise pipeline through email, phone calls, social media, and collaboration with our partners
• Follow up with prospects identified through marketing campaigns, events, and our partners
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity for prospects in Salesforce
• Run ad-hoc analysis and provide actionable insights as needed
