Requirements
- 2+ years of outbound B2B software / SaaS sales experience
- Outbound sales experience; the ability to self-generate leads through various strategies to supplement the sales pipeline
- Experience interacting with director-level executives and up
- High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment, and professionalism
- Passion for technology and a desire to make a major impact at a high-growth startup
- Results-oriented individual who is excited by the prospect of fueling our company's continued growth and success, possessing a "can-do" attitude and relentless in pursuing goals and solving problems
Responsibilities
- Expand our pipeline of qualified opportunities and build relationships by opening sales conversations with prospects who align with UpKeep’s ideal customer profile
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, while strategically partnering with Territory Managers to create and run playbooks for winning prioritized accounts
- Create account plans by conducting research and synthesizing information and other materials that reflect a comprehensive understanding of UpKeep’s customers’ needs and how UpKeep delivers value
- Drive Outbound prospecting via cold calling, email, sales sequences and nurture campaigns
- Efficiently determine a prospect’s interest in our product and initially screen for needs
- Engage with prospects over email, phone, and other strategic networking channels to qualify and set appointments for Territory Managers
- Meet or exceed strategic goals and committed targets by engaging with qualified leads and enabling the next step in the sales cycle
- Participate in/travel to industry events to meet with potential clients in-person
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs
- Update and maintain CRM database ( Salesforce.com )
- Proximity to our office location in Brentwood, CA for in-person collaboration

- Salesforce.com or a similar modern CRM tool a plus

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
