Business Intelligence Analyst

Join our team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to help inform actionable business decisions across all business areas at TMB, a community-driven entertainment company.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 1-3+ years of professional experience in data analytics and/or statistical modeling
• Dashboard building proficiency with the ability to communicate concise, curated, and targeted insights and recommendations
• Expertise in SQL for data manipulation and data layering
• Training in statistical modeling and statistical methods
• Experience with BI reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau

Responsibilities

• Use your strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices to build new dashboards and update existing that drive business decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally both within the larger data team and with business stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for further analysis and provide narrative explanations to support stakeholders interpretation of data products
