Join our Finance Strategy and Analytics team as a Senior Analyst to deliver actionable financial insights and analyses that support strategic decision-making within the Go-To-Market (GTM) function.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Strategic Finance roles and/or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in an advanced quantitative field such as mathematics, economics/finance, or physical science
- Proficient in SQL
- Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical and modeling skills, eager to dive into data to support evidence-based decision-making and strategic discussions
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy, etc) is a plus but not required
- Experience with data visualization. Can confidently choose the best visualization style for the given context; the insights from your visualizations speak for themselves
- Background building interactive dashboards in a tool such as Hex, Looker, Tableau, Sigma, etc
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills amongst a range of audiences
- Positive attitude with strong attention to details
- Adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive amid change and evolution
Responsibilities
- Develop advanced driver-based financial models and analyses using SQL to support projects, enabling data-driven decision-making on business investments and strategic resource allocation in real time
- Collaborate with business partners to gather data and produce financial projections and forecasts, ensuring alignment with core business fundamentals
- Deliver clear, actionable insights: Synthesize complex data into concise, impactful presentations for GTM leadership, providing valuable guidance for business decision-making
- Transform data into strategic insights: Leverage tools such as Hex, Excel, Sigma, Python, Snowflake/SQL, and more to convert intricate data sets into meaningful, actionable insights
- Showcase insights in well structured and formatted slides
- Influence decisions by understanding the big picture combined with providing underlying deep analysis
- Analyze performance and drive improvement: Examine variances between actuals, forecasts, and plans, using insights to refine forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams on action plans
- Communicate clearly, knowledgeably and transparently with cross functional stakeholders (including but not limited to Finance, Sales, Marketing) to build trusted relationships and enhance business outcomes
- Proactively and reactively develop and address business questions through independent investigation / data forensics
