Summary

Join Aledade as a BI Analyst and work closely with various company divisions, developing moderately complex datasets, data visualizations, and analyses. You will be a subject matter expert, answering a broad range of questions. Collaborate daily with other BI team members and stakeholders. Experience in healthcare analytics, population health, and value-based care is required. This remote-friendly position offers flexibility in location, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD headquarters. You will translate findings into action, build interactive dashboards and reports, and consult with engineering and product teams. Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in business intelligence
  • Have 2+ years of experience in data management and data manipulation skills, including a strong foundation in SQL programming
  • Have 1+ years of experience working with healthcare data (e.g. claims, EHR, clinical)

Responsibilities

  • Work with teams across Aledade to translate your findings into action
  • Build interactive dashboards, reports and powerpoints that effectively communicate insights and motivate action among our internal business operations and partner practices
  • Be directly responsible for the design and implementation of data warehouse tables or views to support analysis and reporting
  • Consult with engineering teams to articulate BI reporting needs in upstream data tables
  • Provide insight to decision-makers, creating specifications for reports and analyses to meet business needs
  • Consult with product managers to define reporting metrics for product success
  • Provide technical support and subject matter expertise to peers (e.g. code review)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience mentoring peers (e.g. paired programming, peer reviews)
  • Demonstrate intense attention to detail and data quality assurance
  • Possess strong quantitative skills: a.) Advanced proficiency with SQL (e.g. understands window functions) and b.) Advanced proficiency with a BI dashboarding tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • Have experience analyzing data and communicating results in data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for a wide variety of audiences (company/ACO executives, internal staff, physicians, etc.)
  • Have Tableau experience
  • Have familiarity with dbt or another data transformation tool (e.g. SSIS, Alteryx)
  • Have project management experience
