Join Crunchbase as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a pivotal role in driving sales growth. You will generate new business opportunities through independent research, emails, and social media, setting up meetings for the sales team and closing inbound leads. Requirements
- Solid understanding and use of Salesforce, Outreach.io, Zoominfo, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proficiency in both inbound and outbound channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and challenges
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and feedback
- Proficient with Google Office Suite and other software tools
- 3+ years of experience in an SDR role, preferably in the tech industry, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
- Proven history of achieving and surpassing quota expectations
Responsibilities
- Partner with assigned AEs to jointly implement outbound messaging, and targeted sales strategies (phone, email, linkedin, etc.) to identify, qualify, and generate net new meetings and business opportunities
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Close inbound leads from website who are solely interested in purchasing a defined number of Business licenses
- Use CRM software to track and measure all sales activities and to manage your sales pipeline effectively
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for generating more opportunities
- Meet or exceed assigned metrics & quotas, with the autonomy to approach these targets in a manner that best suits your strengths and strategies
- Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to network and generate leads
- Stay current on company offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
