Summary

Join Digital Reach Agency as a Business Intelligence Strategist on a part-time, fully remote contract basis. You will build and maintain dashboards for various internal departments, including Finance, GTM, Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Operations. Compensation ranges from $80 to $120 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience and strong skills in Google BigQuery and Power BI.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience
  • Strong experience with Google BigQuery and Power BI
  • Experience working with Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Deep understanding of marketing, sales, and operational data structures
  • Proficiency with data modeling, warehousing, and connecting APIs
  • Experience working with data sources like Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), QuickBooks, and Harvest
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal oversight
  • A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and scale live automated dashboards for internal teams across Finance, GTM, Sales, Marketing, CX, and Operations
  • Develop internal data pipelines and frameworks using Google BigQuery, Power BI, and Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio)
  • Connect, model, and map data from various sources (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Harvest) to support real-time reporting
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand reporting needs and develop dashboards that provide clarity and insights
  • Maintain and improve reporting accuracy, speed, and scalability across systems
  • Contribute to internal reporting strategy and help shape Digital Reach’s internal data infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a digital marketing or SaaS context
  • Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, Azure, AWS, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Data Bricks
  • Experience building reporting suites for internal executive or leadership teams
