Business Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Business Manager in the Intelligence Tools and Applications (ITA) Group, overseeing internal operations matters, financial management, and supporting program technical leadership. As Program Manager, you will ensure cost, schedule, and progress metrics are completed and tracked within plan.

Requirements

• Significant demonstrated experience in financial reporting and forecasting
• Significant demonstrated experience collaborating on complex matters to reach mutually beneficial ends among diverse stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal, communication, mentorship, and peer-leadership skills are essential for this position

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Group’s internal operations matters, with particular emphasis on financial management
• Support a range of Group operations leadership needs, including support for staffing, contracting, and security
• Organize supporting activities, and coordinate these functions across staff in other STR groups, divisions, and sectors
• Serve as Program Manager (PM) for a small number of programs, overseeing financial and contractual needs for those programs
• Ensure cost, schedule, and progress metrics are completed and tracked within plan; engage with project stakeholders to communicate status and plan future efforts
• Track interactions with Security, and manage and track subcontractor efforts to ensure proper execution
