Business Operations Associate

Summary

The job is for a BizOps team member at Plaid who will work on strategic initiatives to increase alignment across the company, engage with financial institutions, build processes, leverage data for decision making, and improve efficiency. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or management consulting, strong analytical skills, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and knowledge of SQL.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Driving cross-functional initiatives that increase alignment and create synergies across Plaid
• Working directly with financial institutions and fintechs to shape the future of open banking and the broader fintech ecosystem
• Building out processes and success measures to operationalize Plaid’s strategy
• Leveraging data & analytics to identify opportunities to improve our operations and empowering cross-functional stakeholders to make data driven decisions
• Partnering with other teams and functions to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of SQL preferred

Benefits

• The salary range is between $123,120 and $168,140 per year
• Additional compensation in the form(s) of equity and/or commission are dependent on the position offered
