Summary

Join Cynch's Business Operations team as a Business Operations Manager to drive the operations of part of the business, monitor key metrics, and solve problems. You will work on mission-critical projects, learn about key issues, identify problems, define solutions, and deliver impact.

Requirements

• Experienced: you have 3-5 years of experience in an analytical and operational role
• Insatiably curious. : if something doesn’t make sense to you, you won’t stop until it does. You can quickly grasp concepts in new domains
• Pragmatic: you balance short-term needs with long-term thinking
• Analytical: you are probably an expert in Excel and take a data-informed approach to everything you do
• Exceptional communicator: you distill complex topics into clear, rationalized recommendations. You can build relationships and drive change

Responsibilities

• Learn the business
• Identify problems
• Define solutions. : You will collaborate with leaders across product, engineering, tax and accounting, and operations to develop, test, and iterate on new solutions – from processes to new products
• Deliver impact. : You will lead projects through the full cycle, executing to ensure successful change and outcomes at scale
• Ad hoc analytical and operational support
