Join WindBorne Systems as a Business Operations Intern to support the scaling of our business and contribute to our mission to help humanity adapt to climate change.

Requirements

• Desire to get your hands dirty as an individual contributor
• High level of proficiency with Google Suite (docs, slides, sheets, gmail, calendar)
• Desire to operate in a fast-paced environment and make tradeoffs between quantity and quality of work
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 2-3+ years of experience in consulting with business or engineering degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Building new internal systems to improve the day-to-day operations of the business; including sales dashboards, invoice tracking, etc
• Supporting development and relationships from current customers/contracts across commercial and humanitarian sector
• Conducting research to explore new market opportunities and prioritization of product developments
• Monitoring company cash flow and other finances, working closely with Chief of Staff and Chief Financial Officer
• Overseeing upgrades to our offices (e.g., specing out a mission control room) as well as general workspace management
• Supporting the Chief of Staff in handling inevitable unexpected tasks
