Requirements

• 12+ years experience in Strategy and Business Operations
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with community and commercial stakeholders to design, build, and manage a regional framework that connects multiple business verticals to accelerate the growth and retention of our Core Hosts in North America
• Work cross functionally across commercial, product, community, and our field organization of community managers to size business opportunities and build consensus and alignment for go-to-market plans
• Build a dynamic operating system that creates accountability to execute while building enough flexibility to evolve using analytical insights and results
• Own, track, and report on revenue targets for the regional CPG hosting function
• Prepare and run effective functional meetings including (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, and Business Forums)
• Deliver critical results by developing milestones and KPIs for initiatives
