Business Operations Manager

Summary

The job is for a Business Development role at Almedia's non-gaming department, supporting advertiser relations. The candidate will provide operational support, maintain partner relationships, launch and monitor campaigns, ensure correct invoicing, and track competitors. They should be enrolled in a German University or FH, have excellent communication skills in English, a data-driven approach, initial commercial experience with external partner relationships, be detail-oriented, organized, enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, be a team player, and have strong time management skills.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a German University or FH
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Initial commercial experience with external partner relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to internal and external stakeholders to optimize user experience
• Maintain relationships with our partners through close collaboration
• Review and identify potential risks and business opportunities with existing and potential partners
• Launch new campaigns and monitor performance
• Onboard new partners as required
• Take responsibility for day-to-day business operations
• Ensure correct and timely invoicing together with our finance team
• Support tracking of competitors and act accordingly depending on how it affects our business
