Summary

Join Addepar as a Business Solutions Analyst and play a key role in implementing new Workday modules. You will manage projects, gather and document requirements, ensure timely execution, and drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, project administration, documentation creation, team communication, and configuration support. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent, extensive experience in systems or Workday project management, and proficiency in Workday. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential. Workday configuration experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems or equivalent
• Extensive experience in Systems or Workday Project Management Space
• Highly skilled in written communication, with exceptional ability to create comprehensive, precise, and user-centric documentation efficiently
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Workday, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality as a heavy user

Responsibilities

• Partnering with key stakeholders to understand their current processes, outline the requirements, and compile detailed documentation
• Administrating the end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery, addressing potential risks, and achieving project objectives within scope
• Creating comprehensive materials, including test scripts and user manuals, to support system testing and end-user adoption
• Ensuring clear and consistent communication within and across the team, including regular updates and shipped emails to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and key milestones
• Contribute to light Workday and other system configuration tasks, with opportunities to develop technical skills in system configuration
