Summary
Join BigID, an innovative tech startup, as a Business Strategy Analyst Intern! Based in New York City or Boston, you'll be part of the Chief Data Office team, working on product strategy, business enablement, and customer advisory services. This 10-week paid internship (June 4th - August 8th, $20/hr, up to 35 hours/week) offers opportunities to research modern technologies, document business use cases, support customers in advisory projects, and develop materials for events. You'll collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams, contributing to BigID's thought leadership. The ideal candidate possesses strong research, communication, and presentation skills and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and openness to learn about data management, data governance and AI governance from a software vendor company
- Self-starter and self-motivated individual who is interested to learn from AI, data, security and privacy subject matter experts at BigID as well as read independently on this subject
- Professional attitude and polish with communicating to prospects, customers and partners
- Excellent concise and direct writing, communication and presentation skills
- Ability to convey complex concepts into simple visual diagrams and bullet points
- Experience with research, creating collaterals, marketing with an emphasis on data, statistics or information governance
- Undergraduate with a Business, Economics or Marketing major
Responsibilities
- Research modern technologies and provide presentations and documentation to support subject matter experts
- Support BigID Best Practices documentation including writing, validating, and editing customer use case decks, business value decks
- Assist in documenting, collecting, and managing the CDO teamβs externally-shared content to be used in Data Advisory decks, BigID webinars, and presentations
- Support ongoing BigID thought leadership events virtually with content research, deck preparation, and logistics
- Work across functions to align key stakeholders on messaging and material
