Summary

Key responsibilities include requirements gathering and analysis, support and troubleshooting, data analysis and reporting, process improvement, system configuration and customization, solution design and integration, testing and documentation, and effective communication. The role requires 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Administrator with enterprise-level business systems and proficiency in data modeling, process automation, and workflow design. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Administrator with enterprise-level business systems
- Proven experience in a SaaS or technology company
- Strong understanding of enterprise business system capabilities
- Proficiency in data modeling, process automation, and workflow design
- SQL (preferred), SOQL, Salesforce Reporting, Tableau (optional), and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for various systems and integrations
- Respond to support tickets and user inquiries promptly, troubleshoot system and process issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends and insights, build reports and dashboards, and ensure data integrity. Utilize tools like SQL (preferred), SOQL, Salesforce Reporting, Tableau (optional), and Excel for advanced analysis
- Identify, recommend, and document opportunities for process improvements and system efficiencies
- Configure and customize Salesforce features, including data models, permissions, layouts, workflows, and validation rules, to meet business needs
- Participate in solution design, provide feedback on technical dependencies, and manage integrations with other systems and third-party applications
- Perform thorough testing of new system features and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations and processes
- Effectively communicate with development teams, internal users, and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, ERP, Jira, and integration platforms is a plus
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is a plus
