Responsible for managing and optimizing no-code workflows for banking clients, focusing on customer experiences like account opening, maintenance, treasury services, lending, and more.

Requirements

• Experience working with no-code platforms and configuring workflows; familiarity with technical processes is a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about how to improve workflows and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams
• A proactive, self-starter mindset—you’re ready to take ownership of this function and drive continuous improvement
• Ability to build on existing processes while also introducing new ideas to improve efficiency and client outcomes
• A passion for technology and a desire to help clients succeed by leveraging it effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure no-code workflows that power the customer experiences for banks
• Help banks implement these processes efficiently, guiding them on best practices and ensuring the smooth integration of Prelim’s solutions into their operations
• Collaborate with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform
• Analyze client needs and translate those into workflow configurations that deliver real value
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide feedback and insights that help improve the platform
• Continuously review and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for both internal teams and clients

Benefits
