Summary

Join Planful as a Business Systems Manager and manage and optimize our tech stack to support our growing business needs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, functionality, and scalability of our Salesforce platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, streamline data, and drive business impact. This role requires 5-7+ years of Salesforce administration experience and a Salesforce Administrator certification. You will be responsible for Salesforce administration, process optimization, data integrity and reporting, integrations and enhancements, user support and training, and documentation and compliance. Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a dedicated Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Salesforce Advanced Admin, Developer, or other relevant certifications are a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations
  • Experience with custom objects, workflows, process automation, and reporting
  • Ability to create and manage users, profiles, permissions, and security settings
  • Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations and AppExchange tools
  • Strong data management skills, including data imports, cleansing, and reporting
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to multitask

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Administration – Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, roles, security settings, and workflow rules
  • Process Optimization – Work with teams to streamline and automate key business processes using Flows, Process Builder, and Apex triggers
  • Data Integrity & Reporting – Ensure data quality, maintain reports and dashboards, and provide insights for key stakeholders
  • Integrations & Enhancements – Manage integrations between Salesforce and other business tools (e.g., marketing automation, finance software, customer support platforms)
  • User Support & Training – Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train users to maximize adoption and efficiency
  • Documentation & Compliance – Maintain system documentation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and support audits as needed

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Advanced Admin, Developer, or other relevant certifications are a plus
