Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years industry experience in sales, sales engineering or strategy consulting, including 3+ years of management consulting experience
  • Relevant industry experience in manufacturing, retail, client service delivery or healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage target accounts and respective account teams, building relationships with key customers and stakeholders at a strategic level to gain insights into their unique challenges and business goals
  • Manage and lead the implementation of the value realization initiatives to ensure customers harness the full potential of our solutions by establishing metrics and KPIs
  • Develop compelling and data-driven financial models that illustrate the business value and overall cost of ownership associated with Wrike solutions
  • Lead strategic customer facing engagements and workshops to understand business objectives, strategic trends across key industries and desired outcomes
  • Supplement customer objectives with robust knowledge of vertical and industry trends
  • Capture customer objectives and ensure outcomes are documented to provide input into a comprehensive account plans demonstrating quantifiable business value related to Wrike solutions
  • Interface with sales teams in demand and pipeline generation activities based on specific sales playbooks, either LOB or industry related
  • Develop expertise around vertical specific KPIs and business objectives and formulate how Wrike solutions can address those objectives
  • Maintain a high speed of delivery across multiple customer-facing and internal initiatives
  • Assist in conducting value discovery sessions with Wrike prospects & customers. This includes the development of deal strategy and implementation strategy proposals
  • Provide oversight and ownership of value engineering collateral creation including industry primers, vertical playbooks, executive interview guides, TCO calculators etc
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to establish and provide enablement training on how the field sales team can leverage value engineering content, collateral and playbooks
  • Assist in the production and delivery of executive level presentations in the field
  • Focus on co-creation of custom Value Stories and Business Cases that help our Customers comprehend the value of Wrike and quantify the impact it will have on their organization
  • Create and scale ROI models, business value assets and narratives
