Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly and empathetically

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely with access to necessary technology (computer, headset, stable internet connection)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to pet owners to schedule upcoming veterinary appointments, vaccinations, or health check-ups
  • Provide clear and friendly communication to clients regarding their pet's health care needs
  • Record and update client information and appointment details in the system accurately
  • Ensure follow-up reminders are timely and consistent according to our reminder cadence, contributing to high appointment adherence rates
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all communications
  • Commitment to represent our hospitals with the highest of standards for excellent customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with clinic protocols, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with clients
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly call quotas while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the veterinary field or a related industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus
