Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into actionable operational requirements
• Enjoys working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Proficient in working with information systems to streamline campaign management processes
• Experience in Ad Operations, Retail, CPG, or FMCG markets is highly desirable
• Diligent with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate promptly across multiple teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Oversee campaign delivery, ensuring campaigns meet KPIs and remain within budget
• Drive top performance through optimal campaigns that align with business guidelines
• Coordinate timely communication of status updates and reports to relevant business units
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support to internal and external sales stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic ad hoc projects and reporting initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide all the resources required to meet sales targets
• Ensure adherence to organizational deadlines through implementation of well-defined processes and procedures
