Summary

Join our team as a Part-Time Campus Ambassador and represent Think Academy on your university campus. Promote our brand, share job opportunities, and raise awareness about career fairs. Develop leadership and communication skills while contributing positively to your campus community.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled at Universiti Malaya, Monash University Malaysia and Sunway University as an undergraduate student
• Preference given to students holding leadership positions in student organizations, class committees, or college/employment office
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Extensive campus network, strong influence, and proficiency in internet social media and copywriting
• Ability to commit to at least 20 hours of work per week. Available to participate in campus recruitment activities during the recruitment season
• Alignment with company culture and a passion for the education industry

Responsibilities

• Actively promote the employer brand of the campus recruitment using existing resources
• Continuously explore new recruitment channels to expand the recruitment scope
• Forward and promote employer recruitment-related content to increase influence
• Actively promote on-the-ground activities such as campus roadshows; complete weekly offline promotion targets
• Collect information about campus job fairs, student job intentions, etc
• Assist AoFei Entertainment in maintaining relationships with universities and establish a positive image among faculty and students
• Identify and cultivate talent within the campus, enriching personal resources
