Join Hillel International's in-house consulting agency as the Campus Marketing and Development Manager. You will lead the planning, execution, and analysis of fundraising and marketing campaigns for campus Hillels nationwide. Leveraging your digital marketing and fundraising expertise, you will create data-driven strategies to maximize donor engagement and revenue. This fully remote or hybrid role (Washington, D.C., or New York City) requires 3-6 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, or fundraising. You will manage multiple projects, collaborate with team members, and incorporate best practices in various marketing channels. Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, and/or fundraising
  • Proven success in planning and executing digital and multichannel campaigns
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling fundraising messages
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Client service mindset and ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Experience using data analysis and audience segmentation to drive campaign performance
  • Familiarity with CRM/databases for donor management and reporting
  • Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar software to create marketing materials
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and Jewish life

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, execution, and analysis of multichannel grassroots fundraising and marketing campaigns for a portfolio of campus Hillels, including digital fundraising (email, website, texting, social media), direct mail, and wealth screening
  • Optimize campaigns using data-driven strategies, including segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and audience targeting to maximize donor engagement and revenue
  • Create an annual fundraising and marketing calendar that includes stewardship touchpoints, appeals, renewal messaging, and email newsletters
  • Use reporting tools to monitor campaign performance and ensure that fundraising goals are met or exceeded
  • Manage multiple timelines and projects concurrently to support the success of campus Hillels
  • Incorporate digital marketing best practices in copy, imagery, video, and social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram and other platforms)
  • Lead direct response fundraising efforts, including texting campaigns and Giving Day initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, develop new initiatives, and mentor colleagues where applicable
