Join Canva's International Marketing team in Mexico as a Growth Marketing Manager for an initial 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. This fully remote role focuses on driving marketing strategies and plans for the Mexican market, developing online marketing campaigns across various channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying updated on industry trends, and improving marketing workflows. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Spanish and English. Requirements

  • You have a proven experience in a performance marketing role, preferably with strong experience in both paid and organic channels
  • You are a well-rounded marketer that is comfortable working in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • You have keen analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex, disparate datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to successfully influence and communicate complex information clearly to your colleagues and through marketing material
  • You have strong cross-functional skills, including working with data, product, copywriting and design teams
  • Full proficiency in Spanish and English is required

Responsibilities

  • Driving marketing strategies and plans based on deep knowledge of the Mexico market
  • Developing online marketing campaigns spanning across channels including Meta, Google, TikTok and more; owning end-to-end planning from conceptualisation, planning, execution, to post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Partnering and coordinating with partnerships, events, social, community, external agencies, and other functions to ensure the holistic success of campaigns
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Scaling and improving marketing workflows and processes, with a focus on automation and efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in tech or start-up sectors in Mexico is strongly preferred
