Join Color Health's Care operations team as a care team operations technical specialist and contribute to improving the efficiency of the nationโs first Virtual Cancer Clinic. You will support and improve systems and workflows, enabling care team members to maximize their time spent on patient work and continuously unlock efficiency in operations. This role involves designing and implementing key workflows using various tools and platforms to ensure sustainable scalability. Collaborate with other care operations team members and cross-functional teams to solve priority needs efficiently. You will identify inefficiencies, gather stakeholder needs, build workflow automations, create data dashboards, perform data analyses, and develop low-code tooling. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of experience in analytics/operations and is a self-starter with a passion for problem-solving using data.
Requirements
- Has 2+ years of work experience in analytics / operations / or related field
- Is a self-starter who has a passion for solving sophisticated, unstructured real-world problems with data
- Effective problem solver and systems thinker with an eye toward solution development
- Tech savvy, proven experience with no code/ low code platforms such as Jotform, Zapier, GSheet plugins and designing, implementing and maintaining solutions
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Cross functional collaborator, able to identify process gaps and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to create solutions
- Data analytics experience
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, teams, and deadlines
- Solid communication and organization skills, with the ability to synthesize and disseminate information out quickly
- Solid documentation skills, ability to synthesize and disseminate information out quickly and bring order to complex systems and processes
Responsibilities
- Identify inefficiencies across our care team operations, systems, and platforms and partner with the larger team to design new ways of working to improve scalability
- Gathering and translating stakeholder needs into technical solutions
- Utilize low code / no code platforms to build and launch workflow automations for the care team operations team. Maintain these automations across time and provide support for users including training and issue handling
- Build data dashboards and views that allow the care team to effectively run its operations, measure SLAs and outcomes
- Perform data analyses as needed to guide decision making for various teams and projects
- Develop low-code tooling for managing processes like the Virtual Cancer Clinicโs demand and supply planning and cohort management
- Support multiple high priority projects and prioritize dynamic workloads in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare or adjacent industries is a plus
- Metabase experience and R/Python or other programming language is a plus
- Understands principles of lean operations
