Summary

Passion for Life, Inc. is a non-profit organization seeking individuals to serve as Career Coaches. The role involves guiding students in identifying interests, strengths, and career goals, leading group sessions, and following COVID-19 safety guidelines. To qualify, candidates must be pursuing a degree in certain fields, have excellent listening skills, communication abilities, patience, empathy, organizational skills, and rapport building skills.

Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, or a related human service field
• Must be classified as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student
• Availability for ongoing position and 4 days summer camp program in July,2024
• Ability to attend mandatory training sessions (unpaid)

Responsibilities

• Guide students in identifying personal interests, core strengths, and career goals
• Lead and facilitate high energy group sessions based on provided workshop script with students

Benefits

Pay is $15 per Hr
