Requirements

• Proven track record in managing and developing programs for university relations
• Strong experience in recruiting, with a particular focus on developing and implementing effective university recruiting strategies
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new approaches and improve existing processes
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and explore innovative ways to attract and engage top talent
• Highly effective verbal and written communications skills
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee, plan, and execute Affirm's early career programs
• Work with executive leadership, hiring managers, and the Talent Team to understand the company's hiring needs and align program goals
• Build and maintain relationships with key university partners to attract top talent and promote Affirm as an employer of choice
• Create engaging programs that appeal to early career professionals who are passionate about our mission and making a positive impact in fintech
• Collaborate with the Talent Brand Manager on additional projects as needed, contributing to the overall branding and reputation of Affirm's early career programs
