Student Success Training Specialist

Summary

Join Campus as a Student Success Training Specialist and contribute to accelerating the talent of tomorrow by developing training modules, facilitating workshops, evaluating effectiveness, and providing mentorship. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a bachelor's degree (preferred), and one to three years of experience in academic advising or related careers.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal, in individual and group settings, including ability to deal tactfully with and inspire students
• Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
• One to three years experience in academic advising, mentoring, or counseling or related careers in post-secondary education, or a combination of education and experience commensurate with the requirements of the position
• Experience delivering social- emotional support and guidance to students of varying backgrounds, abilities, outlooks, ages, and nationalities including first generation college students

Responsibilities

• Develop Training Modules: Create and refine training materials for coaches to help students design their lives, achieve career goals, complete their AA degrees, and engage students who are prone to ghosting
• Facilitate Workshops: Lead training workshops and manage the onboarding process for new coaches
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Continuously improve training programs using feedback and assessments
• Mentorship: Provide ongoing mentorship and professional development support to coaches
