Requirements

  • 1.5-2 years of experience in a Sales Enablement role in a B2B environment
  • Ability to manage and follow up on training sessions and onboarding plans
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Familiarity with LMS and experience with content creation is a strong plus
  • Passion for technology and AI, with a keen interest in learning new tools
  • Experience in video recording and editing (absolute plus!)
  • Solid project management skills, with experience in managing or supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and fluency in English
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
  • Highly organized planner with strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Senior Sales Operations Manager to ensure smooth execution of training programs
  • Manage follow-up activities, track progress, and provide ongoing support to sales reps post-training
  • Take ownership of the onboarding process for new Sales Executives and SDRs, guiding them through each step
  • Assist in executing detailed onboarding plans, ensuring new hires have a seamless start and are fully equipped to succeed
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of key sales tools, such as our CRM , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, our conversation intelligence tool, and our LMS
  • Ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot minor issues, and provide support to the sales team for effective tool usage
  • Assist with training and onboarding for these platforms, ensuring that all team members are equipped to leverage the full potential of the tools at their disposal
  • Support training initiatives with the creation and editing of video content for onboarding, product knowledge, and sales techniques
  • Take part in projects within Sales Operations and across functions, which may involve internal process improvements, new tool evaluations, and implementations
  • Assist in ensuring project milestones are met and integrated effectively into the sales process
  • Keep sales content & resources up to date by managing and refreshing the sales playbook, templates, snippets, sales decks, policies, and marketing materials used by the sales team
  • Ensure all documentation is current and aligned with business strategies
  • Work with sales leadership to identify opportunities to enhance sales processes, technology utilization, and training effectiveness
  • Proactively recommend tools and practices to boost sales team productivity
