Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation management
  • Familiarity with logistics technology platforms and tools

  • Ability to effectively communicate with clients, carriers, and internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of freight transportation
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers
  • Negotiate rates and manage carrier performance to ensure high service levels
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Leverage Cargomatic’s technology platform to optimize logistics operations, including load matching, route planning, and real-time tracking
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including safety and environmental guidelines
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, measure performance, and generate reports for management
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to support business objectives and drive growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with freight forwarding or third-party logistics (3PL)
  • Experience with Cargomatic’s platform or similar systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
