Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with two (2) to five (5) years of experience with a Social Security disability law firm or advocacy
  • Adherence to Social Security Administration (SSA) requirements
  • Willingness to train new hires in SSD Case Management
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and a patient demeanor
  • Willingness and ability to work with remote staff, provide extensive training, and contribute to building a high-performing team
  • Experience with case management software, CRM tools, and workflow optimization technologies

Responsibilities

  • Engage with department heads and teams to identify potential areas for enhancement and promote the implementation of best practices in case management
  • Ensure adherence to SSA regulations, data privacy legislation, and internal policies to maintain the integrity and legality of the case processing system
  • Meet key performance indicators for case handling efficiency, success rates, and team productivity
  • Respond to all client emails and voicemails within 24 hours. Ensure clients stay well informed regarding the status of their claim
  • Data accuracy and attention to detail to obtain medical evidence to support claims
  • Provide client assistance with any needed paperwork throughout the life of the claim
  • Formulate case strategies to identify paths for success and inform the client about requirements for achieving case success
  • Educate and inform clients as they navigate the complexity of the Social Security Disability process
  • Adhere to quality assurance measures to review cases for completeness and accuracy, minimizing the risk of delays or denial
