Case Manager, Global Mobility Specialist

As a Spanish-speaking Global Mobility Manager, you will be the primary contact for international talent, guiding them through Spanish immigration processes. You will manage relocation cases from start to finish, collaborate with authorities, and keep clients informed. Success requires exceptional organizational skills, patience, and empathy. This role involves handling inquiries, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and staying updated on immigration laws. Requirements

• You have 2+ years of work experience in Spanish immigration law and are specifically familiar with visa and residence permit applications and renewals
• You hold a digital certificate or “Clave Firma“ certificate and are located in Spain
• You are fluent in Spanish and English
• You have previous experience with customer interactions and emphasize the struggle of relocation
• You are a fast learner and you like to work autonomously
• You are communicative and have fun interacting with people
• Experience working remotely in an international and multicultural environment
• A positive attitude in stressful situations, adept at handling multiple requests with patience

Responsibilities

• Field inquiries from international talents and serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing their questions about visa processes, residence permits, paperwork, and more via chat through our platform and internal communication tools
• Manage relocation cases from initiation to completion, including document preparation, application form completion, appointment scheduling at local immigration offices, and submission via designated governmental tools, ensuring a seamless experience
• Collaborate with authorities, coordinating appointments and expediting processes
• Keep our customers informed about the progress of their cases
• Take ownership of all Spanish immigration and relocation-related projects, including building and maintaining processes, workflows, and guidelines
• Stay abreast of the latest news and legislation related to immigration, contributing to the continuous development of our knowledge base
• Use your platform experience to collaborate with the product team in developing new and impactful features
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to support our commercial expansion efforts
