Join the team as our next Cash Application Specialist and help the Cash Application Team better serve both our internal and external customers in the APAC Region.
Requirements
- 2 yearsβ experience in a high-volume Cash Application team
- Experience of an ERP System and knowledge of Salesforce
- Daily processing of cash receipts and postings to customer accounts, including payments made by credit card, lockbox and branch deposits, other adjustments to customer accounts for credits/debits and account write-offs
- Interface with the Credit and Collections function Account Managers and Sales / CSM Managers to troubleshoot and resolve customer payment discrepancies. Contact customers via phone and email for payment details & refunds for overpayments
- Contact customers via phone and email for payment detail & refunds for overpayments. Applies payments and contractual adjustments to accounts in an accurate and timely manner
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Documents
- Good communication skills
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Ensure all customers cash receipts are accurately applied within the billing system and ERP on a daily basis
- Ensure Customer queries are replied to within the required SLA
- Focus on day-to-day duties related to cash application, merchant accounting, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Interact extensively across all functional teams within Twilio and assist as queries arise
- Update processed and procedures as required for your tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Oracle Fusion
