Casual Chef

Summary

Join the Sodexo team supporting our extensive mining operations across Western Australia! We are currently looking for Chefs to work in our Casual Pool FIFO from Perth.

Requirements

• Trade Certificate, such as Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
• Experience cooking for large numbers, ideally production / bulk / banquet cooking
• Flexibility to work a variety of rosters and shifts

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and producing various meals across breakfast, crib, dinner and desserts whilst ensuring the highest standards of safe food handling are met within your kitchen
• We take safety seriously, so adhering to our policies and procedures to ensure the safety of yourself and your colleagues is paramount
