You will be the commercial owner of specific categories, leading the strategic vision, overseeing business performance, and managing daily operations to drive growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing growth plans, monitoring KPIs, conducting market research, refining product portfolios, identifying new products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with sales and marketing. This role requires 5+ years of experience in category management, strong analytical and project management skills, and excellent communication skills. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Category Management, Brand Management, or Procurement, preferably in Home & Living or FMCG industries
- Proven ability to manage and optimize extensive product portfolios, driving revenue growth through strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting complex data sets, extracting insights, and presenting clear, actionable recommendations to management
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data and analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
- Strong proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategy and growth plan for part of Home & Living categories, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends and business objectives
- Own category performance by monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key KPIs (sales, profitability, product selection, customer engagement) and presenting action plans to management
- Conduct market research and category performance reviews to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for optimization, driving strategic initiatives accordingly
- Continuously refine the existing categories' product portfolio and pricing strategy to maintain our market leadership, competitiveness and ensure profitability while consistently meeting customer expectations
- Identify new products to be added to the portfolio based on performed research and analysis
- Collaborate with sourcing, onboarding, design, and in-house development teams to launch new products in the catalog
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, maximizing revenue potential across core and new product selections
