Requirements

• C/C++
• STL, C++ Mutex & Threads
• Good programming / design skills
• Good communications skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Knowledgeable in Scrum / Agile philosophies
• Self-driven and able to work with minimal direction. Able to explore things and learn
• Show ownership & accountability!

Responsibilities

• Ability to design code that is clean, maintainable, reliable, and efficient
• Experience applying practices to ensure quality, such as unit testing and integration testing
• Experience using tools such as code analyzers, sanitizers, and profilers
• Previous experience working as part of a multi-cultural, distributed team
• Music/Video/Audio domain knowledge or previous experience developing applications in the media industry would be an added advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Audio / Video experience
• VOIP, embedded system etc
• Codec (not mandatory)
